cancellations, returns, and exchanges
***Our cancellation, returns, and exchanges policy covers tangible products found in the MAIN STORE only and excludes digital products.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order or if a mailing label has not been generated, whichever comes first, and receive a full refund for qualifying products. If an order is paid entirely with a discount code received as a prize, only the shipping cost (if paid) will be refunded and the discount code is forfeited (it will not be re-issued).
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If any product in your order arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace it (if in-stock) at no cost or issue a refund of the cost of the damaged product. We do ask that you take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us at shery@stamplorations.com.
RETURNS
We will accept returns up to 15 days from date of delivery. The product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging — in short, it the product(s) must be in sell-able condition. For returns, please email shery@stamplorations.com for information on how and where to ship back the product(s).
If you are returning a product(s):
You are responsible for return shipping, except when the fault is ours (i.e., we sent you the wrong product, in which case you can keep the product and we will mail the correct product at our expense).
You may opt for store credit (a coupon code whose value is equivalent to the cost of the item) or refund of the cost of the item for any item in unopened new condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept exchanges up to 15 days from the date of delivery. Just like returns, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sell-able packaging.
If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at shery@stamplorations.com so we can check stock availability for your preferred item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs to send the original item back to us, as well as the shipping cost for the new item.
If there is a price difference between the original product and the new item, we will issue a store credit code (if the new item costs less) or send an invoice for the balance (if the new item costs more) + shipping cost before shipping your exchange.
