When you purchase, download, and use our digital products, you agree to abide by our simple terms of use:
You may use our digital products to create projects for personal use.
You may use our digital products to create handmade items you intend to sell. However, they must be finished products (i.e., greeting cards with images that are colored; printable tags in finished cards or attached to products you sell) created by you manually (no reproductions) and in limited quantities: no more than 250 finished products per image. If you require a larger quantity, please contact us for a mass production license (starts at $75 per image).
When selling handmade products using our digital stamps, provide credit. If selling online, include this line in your product description: "Image(s) by Shery Russ/STAMPlorations.
You may not share the images to others or make them available as a free download. Instead please direct them to our online store so they can purchase the images themselves.
You may not turn our digital products into rubber stamps, clear stamps, thin metal dies, stencils, embossing folders, printables, coloring books, stickers, or other products wherein the end user is required to use our products as a tool or must do something (i.e., color our image) in order to have a completed product.
You may not edit our images and then give away and/or sell the edited images and claim them as your own.
You may not claim the images as your own -- we own the copyright to the images at all times and your purchase only gives you license to use our images in your personal and/or commercial projects.

return policy - digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds. It's impossible to return a digital product. However, we'll work with you should you encounter an issue downloading and unzipping/decompressing the files. Please note that our support does not extend to providing you instructions on how to edit our images and/or use a particular graphics or editing program.
